Processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after they're placed. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on international shipping for 2026 — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch.
If you're outside the US and want a Yamari product now, you can purchase through our official Amazon listings, which ship internationally where supported.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order) to monitor your package's journey.
If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder, then email us at owners@yamariGroup.com.
Address changes
If you entered an incorrect address or need to update it, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order is processed and labeled, we cannot make changes.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange a re-ship at standard shipping cost.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If it remains missing after 48 hours, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to investigate or send a replacement.
For packages stuck in transit longer than expected, reach out and we'll help track them down.
